The Triathlon begins early Saturday morning with a 1,000-yard swim and moves on to a 20-mile bike ride through the state park. Athletes will head for the finish line during the final leg - a 5-mile run. The new "Tri-it-on" Triathlon begins with a 300 yard swim a 9 mile bike ride and a 2 mile run. The Ride For Wishes 2010 is a two-day cycling event that will feature riding distances for all levels of cyclist- from a 17 mile fun loop to a true Century ride. Plenty of rest stops, great fellowship, and the white, sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast are all reasons to make this year's Ride For Wishes a trip for the entire family. All of the money raised through fundraising efforts will support the wish-granting efforts in the state of Alabama. Welcome and packet pick-up Friday beginning at 5pm.
